What to Do With All Your Garden Herbs: The Perfect Green Herb Seasoning Blend

Below you will find one of my favorite dried green herb blends for you to keep on hand as it is my most requested blend to date. I use it most often on poultry in all forms, but it is fitting for pork, red-meat, and choice seafood as well. Pictured here is braised sage cabbage with shredded carrots, a rainbow chard strawberry balsamic salad, and savory roasted chicken thighs with our signature herb blend recipe.
My other favorite ways to use this blend with chicken: cover an entire chicken to roast, mixed in gluten free batter or breading for roasted 'fried' chicken, thickly spread over chicken breasts (1 inch thick) for grilled chicken (make sure to make to double your portions so you can use leftovers to make a delish herbed grilled chicken salad with your favorite dressing.) You can also make a chicken salad by simply cubing or shredding pre-cooked chicken breasts and using a heaping tablespoon of herb mix to blend with your mayo.
