Paleo Peach Cobbler Parfait

Parfaits are a big hit in our household for more than one reason: if made right, they are delicious, healthy, versatile, and cold! Summers, here in TX, are so hot! Therefore, a cold snack is welcome y'all! We purchased 25lbs. of Georgia peaches from the touring Peach Truck this year (see link below), because there is nothing better than a juicy peach during summer unless you make peach cobbler. But as I said, it's hot here, so find our Peach Cobbler inspired paleo parfait for a fast cooooool breakfast, snack, or dessert during the summer heat. Enjoy!
Paleo Peach Cobbler Parfait

Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c. Unsweetened Non-Dairy Yogurt (such as Kite-hill's almond, Forager's chashew, or my current favorite Lavva nut yogurt)
- 1-2 T. Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
- 1 Fresh Peach sliced or cubed
- 1/2 t. Cinnamon + extra for garnish
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Simple Mills Crunchy Cinnamon or Pecan Cookies or Paleo Granola
- Chia seeds
- Hemp Hearts
- Nuts
Instructions:
Mix yogurt with spices, vanilla, and maple syrup. Add toppings! Don't forget to sprinkle with more cinnamon.
